Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout the event or function
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and tableware
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, accurately taking orders and delivering them promptly to guests
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as per standard recipes and guest preferences
- Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed at all times to maintain hygiene standards
- Clear tables, reset for subsequent service, and assist with event breakdowns as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred; experience in banquet or hotel settings is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and proper serving techniques
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Food service experience including bartending skills such as drink mixing and cash handling is desirable
- Hospitality background or hotel experience is advantageous but not required
