About the role:
Our Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Sales Managers by providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless flow of communication and managing the entire order-to-delivery process. The Account Coordinator will work closely with internal departments, including production, logistics, and quality control, to ensure customer needs are met and all projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
What you’ll do:

Develop and cultivate positive relationships with customers, carriers and colleagues

Answer customer calls and emails, resolving concerns/queries or redirecting to appropriate department/person

Receive and record customer orders in M3, our ERP system with a high degree of accuracy

Proactively call customers to review inventory and forecasting

Initiate/document Non-compliance issues as they arise through client database (CRM system)

Make sure information flows to Account Managers regarding their customers

Ship orders, including the preparation of shipping documentation and selecting a carrier

Communicate proactively with customers and sales about order status, inventory levels, production timelines, and potential delays.

Coordinate with the production team to schedule manufacturing activities and ensure orders are progressing on schedule.

Assist Sales staff with inventory reports and managing customer supply needs
What you’ll bring to the role:

3 years’ experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment

High school graduate; post Secondary business courses preferred

Experience in an administrative, customer service, or sales support role, preferably within a manufacturing or B2B environment

Good working knowledge of Core applications within Google Workspace

Familiar with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Software

Experience with ERP systems is a significant asset

Skilled at communicating with a diverse group of business individuals of all levels

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams

Previous experience in shipping via UPS, FTL and LTL an asset

French language skills would be an asset

Compensation Package: $50,000 - $55,000 CAD annually + Profit Share Eligibility
