About the role:

The Bridge Northwest LMS Administrator is responsible for the administration, governance, and coordination of
digital systems training content, learner assignments, and training records within the Surge and Dual Code Learning
Management Systems (LMS).
Focusing on supporting The Bridge Northwest (Meditech Expanse) Program across 12 Northwestern Ontario
organizations, this role will ensure the LMS acts as the authoritative source for course content, training assignments,
course completion, scheduling, reporting, and learner access.
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Experience
- Diploma or degree in Health Informatics, Health Sciences, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Organizational Skills/Abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to manage and maintain large volumes of training and learner information.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with staff, leaders, project teams, educators,
and subject matter experts.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on supporting end users and partner organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
Digital & Analytical Skills
- Strong digital aptitude and ability to learn new systems and technologies.
- Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and prepare reports for various audiences.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience maintaining accurate records and working with data‑driven processes.
Assets
- Experience coordinating training, education, onboarding, or learning programs.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Surge, Dual Code or similar platforms.
(Training will be provided)
- Familiarity with SCORM content formats.
- Experience with healthcare information systems, digital health technologies, or electronic health records.
- Knowledge of digital adoption and training practices.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and practices.
Salary Range: $31.110 to 38.890
