We are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as the National Manager, Building Operations to help deliver on the promise we make to our members, feel welcome, feel comfortable and feel healthy.
This is an opportunity to make a real impact! You will be responsible and will be the go-to person for maintenance, inspections and preventative maintenance for all of our MOVATI locations. You will oversee change management, implement exciting program initiatives, ensuring standard operating procedures (SOPs) are in place all while bringing your financial savvy to the table as you make recommendations for capital expenditures, helping us strategically invest in our facilities. You will lead departmental meetings to share best practices and to provide integrated, consistent services and operations.
You possess not only a strong knowledge of building structures, HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems but, you're also able to articulate your leadership skills by telling us about your experience in facility management and how you have successfully lead a team. We want to hear about the unique ways you have inspired and motivated your team and colleagues. Excellent communication skills are a must! We want to hear about your ability to interact with diverse stakeholders and vendors. You will also be able to travel 50% of the time to the different locations in Ontario and Alberta.
