```Duties```

- Supervise and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Monitor and enforce quality control standards
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making adjustments as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to construction teams, including resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in construction supervision or a related role
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and construction techniques
- Excellent supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively lead a team
- Proficient in budgeting and cost control measures
- Familiarity with quality control standards and building codes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
