We are hiring General Labourers to support modular installation projects across Western Canada. This is a travel-based position working on active job sites, assisting with modular setup, material handling, and general site support.
Crew members travel to project locations and remain on site for the duration of the project or rotation schedule.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with the movement, loading, and offloading of modular units and trailers
- Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
- Supporting basic construction and installation-related tasks as needed
- Assisting with site setup, cleanup, and organization
- Assisting trades and supervisors with daily work
- Using hand and power tools safely
- Maintaining a safe, professional, and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability and willingness to travel for work assignments
- Previous labour or construction experience is an asset
- Modular or trailer experience is a strong asset
- Physically capable of lifting and working on your feet throughout the day
- Reliable, punctual, and able to take direction
- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying site conditions
- Basic familiarity with tools and construction environments
Assets
- Forklift or equipment experience
- Safety certifications (CSTS, First Aid, Fall Protection, etc.)
- Drug and Alcohol Testing
- Criminal Record Check
- Carpentry or framing experience
- Experience working around cranes, rigging, or heavy equipment
