Position: Part-Time Front Desk / Receptionist
Location: 66 Donald Ave, Moncton
Availability: Must be available evenings and Saturdays
What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients with a smile and create a professional, positive first impression
- Answer phones, manage bookings, and respond to client inquiries
- Process payments, handle rebooking, and provide product and service information
- Support a team of talented estheticians and medical aesthetics providers
- Keep the front area organized, clean, and running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, polished communicator with strong customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in reception, hospitality, or spa/clinic settings is an asset
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with booking software (we’ll train you!)
