We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our AWARD-WINNING Pink Calgary Stampede Booth for an exciting, high-energy season!
$20/hour BASED ON MEETING SALES GOALS
This position is performance-driven.Team members must meet daily sales targets to qualify for the $20/hr wage. Strong sales performance, customer engagement, and teamwork are essential. Otherwise; will receive $17/ hr
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers warmly and create an unforgettable shopping experience
- Provide product demonstrations highlighting features and benefits
- Drive sales through upselling and strong product knowledge
- Operate POS system, including cash handling and transactions
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays
- Assist customers with product selection, questions, and recommendations
- Support inventory restocking and merchandising
- Assist with opening/closing duties and cash reconciliation
- Help create a positive, welcoming, high-energy environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in retail sales, beauty sales, or customer service 2 years min.
- Confident communicator with a natural ability to engage customers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
- Skilled in POS systems and cash handling
- Strong upselling and sales-driven mindset
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer experience
