Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Leasing Paralegal to join our in-house legal team. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will support a large commercial real estate portfolio across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with our leasing and property management teams.

What You'll Do
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases, letters of intent, amendments, renewals, assignments, subleases, and ancillary leasing documents
Manage the leasing document lifecycle from LOI through execution, coordinating with leasing and property management teams to meet deal timelines
Maintain lease templates and standard clauses, including step-down language, across jurisdictions
Review tenant redlines, flag material deviations from company standards, and escalate significant issues to the General Counsel
Prepare ancillary documents such as estoppels, SNDAs, landlord waivers, and consents
Support broader corporate and real estate matters as needed
What You Bring
3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing
Strong drafting and negotiation skills with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to manage a large workload independently
Excellent communication skills and sound professional judgment
Experience with AI drafting tools (e.g., Spellbook) is an asset
Salary Range:
$80,000 - $100,000 CAD Per Year Based On Experience
