Painting Estimator & Sales Representative
Job Summary
Streamline Painting Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painting Estimator & Sales Representative to join our team.
This is a fully commission-based sales role. The ideal candidate is confident with customers, organized, and able to identify painting needs, prepare accurate estimates, and close new business opportunities.
The successful candidate will meet with potential clients, assess residential and commercial painting projects, present estimates, follow up with leads, and help grow the company through strong customer service and professional sales communication.
Responsibilities
- Attend scheduled and schedule estimate appointments with potential customers.
- Inspect potential painting projects in detail and identify the customer’s needs.
- Prepare and present highly detailed painting estimates.
- Explain pricing, scope of work, and project details clearly to customers.
- Follow up with leads, estimates, and pending customers using our CRM and software. Must stay highly organized.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners.
- Communicate customer details and project requirements to the operations team.
- Maintain accurate notes and records using company systems.
- Represent Streamline Painting Inc. at all times on a professional level.
- Help close new business and support company growth.
- Expected close rate is 50%
Requirements
- Previous sales, estimating, painting, construction, renovation, or home service experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Confident speaking with customers and presenting pricing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to assess project needs.
- Ability to follow up consistently and professionally.
- Organized, reliable, and self-motivated.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and appointments.
- Reliable transportation is preferred as this role may require travel to customer locations.
- Experience using estimating software, CRMs, or scheduling tools is considered an asset.
Compensation
- Fully commission-based role.
- Uncapped earning potential based on closed sales.
- Commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.
