Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated leader to support daily warehouse operations and guide a team of 20–30 associates. This role bridges office and warehouse functions, ensuring smooth communication, consistent performance, and adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of hourly associates
- Motivate the team to meet daily order processing targets
- Act as a liaison between office and warehouse operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with picking, packing, and general warehouse tasks
What You Bring
- Strong coaching abilities and a collaborative leadership style
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (asset)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid computer literacy; WMS experience is an asset
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Forklift experience or knowledge (asset)
