Your Role
A Fitness Consultant (FC) operates with speed and urgency to drive Personal Training sales, connect members with the right fitness solutions, and support long-term member success. The Fitness Consultant is a key member of our team, focused on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and converting leads and members into Personal Training clients.
The FC will also support the Personal Training Manager by monitoring client activity, renewals, sales opportunities, and overall department performance while delivering a “WOW” experience for every member.
Job Summary
Drive Personal Training sales by identifying, following up on, and converting new and existing member opportunities.
Conduct consultations and recommend Personal Training solutions based on each member’s goals and needs.
Monitor upcoming renewals, expiring packages, inactive clients, and other opportunities to support PT retention and continued sales.
Maintain consistent follow-up with leads, prospects, and current PT clients.
Support the Personal Training Manager in tracking sales activity and overall department performance.
Ensure clear and ongoing communication between the Membership and Personal Training Departments to maximize opportunities.
Adhere to all standard Personal Training department practices, procedures, and policies.
Help ensure the PT department delivers excellent member service and consistently exceeds expectations.
Support a clean, organized, and well-maintained club environment. #SOFRESHANDSOCLEAN
