We are looking for a full time position (5 days a week), our hours of operation are from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food handling procedures meet safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including proper storage of ingredients
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver excellent food service experiences
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a high-pressure setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality meal preparation
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning new skills
- Basic understanding of serving procedures and customer service expectations
