Position Summary:
As a Senior Product Manager you'll be driving the strategy and development of our Cerebrum Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Digital Imaging Viewer products as well as integrating the AwareMD product suite with the WELL’s AI ecosystem. Your mission is to create intuitive, seamless healthcare SaaS products that reduce administrative burdens for practitioners and improve the overall patient experience.
You’ll work closely with a cross-functional team to identify opportunities, prioritize development, and deliver on key product goals—bringing products from concept to reality. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, gets things done, and can influence and manage expectations across stakeholders.
What you will be doing:

Drive Product Strategy: Lead product development from research to launch, including roadmap, competitive analysis and market positioning.

Optimize User Workflows: With the designers create intuitive user experiences that reduce friction and improve customer satisfaction.

Collaborate & Lead: Work with engineering, design, business teams and cross-functional product managers to develop clear product roadmaps and manage delivery.

Agile Delivery: Drive Agile product delivery by managing the full lifecycle—from Discovery through Development to Release—using Jira to boost velocity and track progress.

Navigate Uncertainty: Embrace the challenge of making impactful decisions in ever-evolving scenarios. Your adaptability and strategic thinking will turn ambiguity into opportunity.

Customer-Centric Approach: Engage with customers regularly to gather feedback and refine roadmap and features to meet their needs.
You have:

5+ years of product management experience, ideally with healthcare or user-centric, data-heavy SaaS products.

Strong passion for understanding the user, with a proven ability to create products that solve real-world problems.

Skilled in engaging with customers and stakeholders to discuss needs and concerns.

Strong technical background and expertise in agile methodologies.

Comfortable leading discovery sessions, grooming, and agile workshops, and writing stories for agile delivery.

Proficient in prioritizing, creatively optimizing resources, and managing stakeholder expectations to align product goals with user and business objectives

Adept at technical workshops with architects and engineers, diving into on APIs, data models, and migration strategies.

Exceptional communication skills, able to translate complex needs into actionable product strategies.

Self-driven problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.

AI/ML experience is an asset.
