Simply Septic is a growing wastewater service company serving residential, commercial, and rural customers throughout Southern Manitoba. We are currently looking for a reliable and professional Class 3 Driver to join our team.

Compensation & Benefits

Schedule
- Typical hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime available during peak periods
- Participation in an on-call rotation is required
Responsibilities
- Operate vacuum truck equipment to service septic tanks, holding tanks, grease traps, and related wastewater systems
- Complete scheduled routes safely and efficiently
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic equipment checks
- Maintain accurate job records using company software
- Communicate with dispatch and team members throughout the day
- Deliver professional customer service at residential and commercial properties
- Follow company safety procedures and environmental regulations
Requirements
- Valid Manitoba Class 3 Driver's Licence
- Clean driver's abstract
- Reliable smartphone with data plan for scheduling, navigation, job documentation, and team communication
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically capable of handling hoses and equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience
Previous septic or vacuum truck experience is an asset but is not required.
We welcome applicants with experience in commercial driving, construction, agriculture, trucking, transportation, heavy equipment operation, oilfield services, municipal services, or related industries.
Training will be provided to the right candidate.
