Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable, motivated General Labourer to join our construction team in Calgary. This is a full-time position supporting crews on active job sites with material deliveries, site maintenance, and general construction duties.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys physical work, takes initiative, and can be relied upon to show up ready to work every day.This is a physically demanding, hands-on position. Successful applicants are comfortable working outdoors, lifting heavy materials, and maintaining a productive pace throughout the workday.

Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver construction materials to job sites
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with general construction and landscaping tasks
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
- Support tradespeople and site supervisors as needed
- Follow all site safety procedures
Requirements
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
- Clean driving record (no DUI convictions)
- Reliable, insured vehicle (truck preferred) capable of transporting materials
- Able to safely lift 50 lbs or more
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the day
- Able to work outdoors in all typical Alberta weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous construction or landscaping experience
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Knowledge of construction site safety
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime may be available
Compensation
- $25.00–$30.00 per hour
- $100–$150 weekly vehicle allowance
