Role Overview:
The Warehouse Staff will be responsible for receiving, handling, and organizing products, ensuring they are accurately stored and prepared for distribution. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth warehouse operations and fulfilling customer orders efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, checking for accuracy and condition.
- Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to customers.
- Operate warehouse equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Report any discrepancies or damaged products to management.
- Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of inventory management systems is a plus.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
