Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Senior Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, crafting high-quality beverages, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience. You will also mentor junior staff and assist in maintaining the bar's operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
- Assist in training new bartenders on techniques, menu items, and customer service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure the bar is well-stocked.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive guest experiences.
- Proven bartending experience with knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
- Familiarity with food service operations within a restaurant environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.

Pay: $17.21-$26.68 per hour
