We are seeking a customer-oriented Gas Station Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to customers, handle transactions efficiently, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station and convenience store
- Monitor fuel levels and assist customers with fueling their vehicles
- Upsell products and promotions to customers
- Provide information to customers regarding products and services
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy work environment
- Basic technical sales knowledge for promoting products
- Proficiency in cashiering duties
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in retail sales is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is an advantage for better customer service
