Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, a passion for client success, and the ability to lead and inspire a team. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project execution, and ensuring the delivery of effective digital marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Understand clients' business goals and translate them into effective digital marketing strategies.
- Present and explain digital marketing concepts, performance metrics, and project progress to clients.
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and more.
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Monitor industry trends and incorporate innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Team Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of account managers, strategists, and specialists to deliver high-quality work.
- Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and adjust strategies as needed to achieve client objectives.
- Performance Analysis:
- Analyze campaign performance using various tools and metrics.
- Generate detailed reports and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Use data to inform decision-making and optimize future campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on client management and strategy development.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex problems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.

Pay: $85,182.85-$95,453.41 per year
