Assist in the management of the day to day accounting operations to ensure that all transactions are recorded in compliance with the dealership’s accounting processes and policies, with coordination from the controller.
Assisting the Controller and assisting the General Manager
Verify all purchase orders and invoices ensure accuracy.
Assist with payroll administration
Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable
Assist with bank reconciliation
Assist with inventory reconciliation of new and used trailers & RVs
Review financial transactions relating to the accounts payable and the accounts receivable ensuring accuracy
Create and post invoices/payments/receipts to the accounts receivable
Reconcile, prepare, and enter various bills/invoices/journal entries
Prepare account reconciliations/journal (monthly/annually)
Create Cheque runs
Assist with month end and year end reporting requirements
Various other duties as assigned
Proficient in Microsoft Office
