Per Se Hospitality Group is now looking for a full time, strong career minded, Office Manager (New location) to join our team. We're a growing restaurant concept looking for someone with a positive, energetic attitude that is willing to grow with the company.
Requirements
- Experience in restaurant office work in high volume, upper casual fine dining restaurants in BC Canada.
- Must be organized, have integrity, accountable, reliable and has respect for their workplace.
- Superior time management skills and adherence to tight deadlines and last-minute changes
- A strong passion for hospitality, organized and detail oriented
- Able to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and works well in environment with time constraints.
- Skilled in MS Office and Pay works
Responsibilities
Office Management
- Organizes office operations and procedures; controls correspondence; manages filing systems.
- Performs or assigns clerical functions.
- Manages office policies by establishing and maintaining standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment.
Procurement
- Reviews and approves supply requisitions.
- Corporate Office Liaison.
Inventory
- Menu updates and inventory
- FOH and BOH Supply ordering
- Receives and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services.
Deposits
- Reconciles end of day POS reports, reconcile cash, prepare deposits and summarize guest receipts.
Payroll
- Prepares/processes weekly payroll (Pay works)
- Prepares tip reconciliations in excel on daily basis (as part of weekly payroll processing)
- Distributes pay checks/Tips.
- Daily Missed Punch Audit
- Reconciles end of day POS reports, reconcile cash, prepare deposits and summarize guest receipts.
- Onboarding and Orientation set up.
- Weekly Overtime/Labor Cost Analysis
- Maintain updated employee, managers, and vendor files.
- Onboarding paperwork for FOH and BOH
- Ensure Staff files and staff employment requirements are kept up to date.
Liaison
- Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Ensure employees follow company policies and procedures.
- Corresponds with guests to answer special requests or questions regarding the restaurant.

Salary: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
