Role Overview
Zonal ASD is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager based in the GTA to lead complex IT services delivery engagements for enterprise customers across Zonal’s full solutions portfolio. This role is accountable for end-to-end delivery – from initiation and planning through execution, transition, and closure – of projects that may span networking and wireless deployments, data centre and cloud infrastructure initiatives, device lifecycle programs, and field or on-site service rollouts.
The Senior Project Manager acts as the central coordination point between clients, internal teams, and delivery partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to contracted scope and strategic business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong client-facing leadership, structured delivery discipline, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements across a diverse service catalogue.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the planning and delivery of enterprise IT services projects across Zonal’s solution areas, including network and wireless services, IT infrastructure and data centre, cloud platforms, device lifecycle and IT asset disposition, field and on-site technical services, and managed/professional services.
· Own the full project lifecycle: define scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and governance structures in alignment with contractual commitments and client expectations.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers throughout delivery, managing day-to-day communication, status updates, risk and issue discussions, and executive-level briefings as needed.
· Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams that may include partner organizations, subcontractors, and customer stakeholders across multiple locations.
· Oversee projects such as multi-site network and wireless rollouts, infrastructure refreshes, cloud migrations, endpoint deployment or retirement programs, and national field service engagements at a high level.
· Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, ensuring mitigations and action plans are in place and escalations are handled proactively.
· Maintain project artefacts (plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reports) and ensure adherence to Zonal’s delivery standards, methods, and quality expectations.
· Monitor performance against key metrics, including schedule, budget, scope, service levels, and customer satisfaction; provide clear, regular reporting to both clients and internal leadership.
· Support continuous improvement by contributing lessons learned, refining delivery processes, and helping to standardize best practices across Zonal’s services portfolio.
· Support internal initiatives and processes.
· Partner with sales and solution teams during pre-sales and onboarding to shape delivery approaches, estimates, and transition plans for new customer engagements.
· Competitive compensation package aligned to experience and market
· Comprehensive health and dental benefits
· Flexible/hybrid work arrangements
· Paid vacation and personal days
· Professional development and certification support
· Eligibile for performance-based incentives, aligned to individual contribution and company objectives
