This is a full-time hybrid position, offering the flexibility of working both remotely and in-office after the successful completion of training.

Key Responsibilities
-Contact consumers by telephone and email regarding outstanding accounts
-Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining professionalism and empathy
-Review customer accounts and determine appropriate collection strategies
-Maintain accurate account documentation and account notes
-Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable legislation
-Meet or exceed productivity and performance goals
-Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving customer concerns
-Work collaboratively with management and team members
Qualifications
-Previous collections experience is required
-Strong negotiation and communication skills
-Professional telephone manner
-Goal-oriented with the ability to meet performance targets
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
-Comfortable learning new software and collection systems
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Reliable internet connection and suitable home workspace for hybrid work
-Bilingual (English/French) is considered an asset
