PAINTING CREW

If you have enjoy a fast paced environment and being part of a team , come join ours. As a Team Member on our Painting Crew, you’ll be out in the community with a crew on local jobs. No two days are the same. New customers and homes. You’ll be greeted by customers who are relieved to see you - because they’re excited to have their home transformed. You’ll have fun with the professional crew, prepping, taping, covering furniture while learning the skills of the painting trade - a great new skill. Most jobs are completed in one day and conclude with happy customers excited by the work done. You’ll find this really rewarding.
What you’ll get:
- Complete training- no experience necessary. We look for customer service skills and train the rest
- Pay Rates: Customers often tip for great painting experiences! $17.00/hr to start + tips, bonuses, and incentives. Most see this averaging $19-$21/hr (all in)!
- Changing Work Environment- you’re out in the community with the crew working mainly on interiors of homes. Everyday you’ll meet new people. The days are interesting and keep you moving.
- Great Team- we’re out, having fun, working hard and putting smiles on our customer’s faces.

- Physical Work- yes, this is hands-on work, but you’ll have everything you need to do this

- Flexible Schedules- We’re looking for full-time, but have part-time and flexible shifts available too.

Compensation: $18.00/hr to start + tips, bonuses, and incentives. Most see this averaging $19-$21/hr (all in)!
Requirements: You’re 18+ years of age, have a great attitude, are reliable, hardworking and have reliable transportation to get to and from work. Available typically between the hours of 8am-6pm.
