Looking for a Lead Marine Technician MUST have Marine experience in diagnostics and repair of both inboard/outboard boats and outboard motors. MUST be able to Winterize safely and shrink wrap boats. Will involve Rigging and PDI of New boats and motors. Yamaha experience an asset. Must have Mercury and Mercruiser experience. Own their own basic hand tools . Specialty tools provided. Tractor and fork lift experience an asset. Be willing to work on powersports. Looking for a skilled Journeymen Technician to take lead control of the shop, maintain supplies, help train apprentices and keep other Techs motived and maintain efficiency. Wage will be based on experience and skill.
