** Eligibility: Open to all high school and post-secondary students with full-time status at a recognized educational institution and who are continuing their full-time studies during the academic period following their qualifying period of employment.
The intent of this competition is to create a database of student applications to staff positions over the course of the upcoming term. Applications will remain active until the end of the term at which time it is the applicant's responsibility to reapply and renew their candidacy, if eligible.

SUMMER term (May to August): Posting open in January
FALL term (September to December): Posting open in May
The salary is based on the TBS Students Rates of Pay.

Projects may include:
Support to directors, managers and officers in the development and execution of special initiatives and projects;
Research, collection and analysis of data related to the objectives and activities of the Agency;
Presentation of synthesized findings in short reports;
Assistance in the development and enhancement of systems and the creation of databases and tools.
Statement of Qualifications
Full-time secondary or post-secondary student in a recognized institution
Currently recognized as having full-time student status by the academic institution in which you are presently enrolled
Returning to full-time studies for your next academic term
Experience with MS excel and MS word is required
Prior administrative experience would be considered an asset
Time management and the ability to prioritize work
Sense of responsibility
Oral and written communication skills
Interpersonal skills and team work
