Full Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, confident, and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with questions, follow-ups, and general support. You will be speaking with customers, providing information, and helping create a positive customer experience.
This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys talking to people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment. Previous software or IT knowledge is not required.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups and support
- Assist customers with questions about orders, products, and services
- Provide clear and accurate information
- Record customer notes and update information properly
- Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally
- Support day-to-day customer service tasks as needed
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Friendly, patient, and professional attitude
- Organized and responsible
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to manage tasks in a busy work environment
- Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service or call handling experience is an asset
- Retail or sales experience is helpful
- Basic knowledge of electronics is an asset, but not required
