M&M Moving is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Lead Hand Mover / 26-Foot Truck Driver to join our growing team.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience driving a 26-foot moving truck
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Leadership experience and ability to supervise a moving crew
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to lift heavy furniture and work in a fast-paced environment
Clean driver's abstract and background check required
Professional appearance and attitude
Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
Experience with fitness equipment moving and installation is considered a strong asset
Responsibilities:
Safely operate a 26-foot moving truck
Lead and supervise moving crews on residential and commercial moves
Ensure furniture and belongings are properly protected and secured
Maintain high standards of customer service
Complete move-related paperwork and inspections
Assist with loading, unloading, packing, and moving duties
Install and assemble fitness equipment, including treadmills, home gyms, functional trainers, smith machines, and other commercial or residential fitness equipment
Perform fitness equipment deliveries, relocations, and installations while ensuring customer satisfaction and equipment safety
