Shipping Coordinator La Molienda BC
La Molienda BC is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team.
Pay: $19.50 per hour, with a wage review after three months based on performance.
Important: Applicants must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Prepare, review, and organize shipping documents.
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, labeled, and shipped accurately.
- Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and suppliers.
- Track shipments and communicate delivery updates.
- Receive and inspect incoming merchandise.
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records.
- Resolve shipping delays, discrepancies, and damaged-product issues.
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Must speak English and Spanish.
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Basic computer and data-entry skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 pounds.
- Forklift experience is an asset but not required.
