The Storehouse Bar & Grill at the Frobisher Inn is looking for a friendly, service-driven Part-Time Server to join our bar and lounge team in Iqaluit, NU. If you enjoy creating great guest experiences in a fast-paced setting, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests while providing welcoming, attentive service
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Recommend food and beverage pairings and provide details on menu items, specials, and promotions
- Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards
- Monitor guest needs throughout their visit, including refills and special requests
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and provide accurate change
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and lounge areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth restaurant operations
- Address and resolve guest concerns in a friendly, professional manner
Qualifications:
- Previous serving or customer service experience is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
