Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Server/Bartender to join our team. If you have a passion for mixology and creating memorable experiences for customers, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Handle cash and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to food safety standards
- Check identification to ensure customers meet the legal drinking age
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Experience:
- Previous experience in a bartending role or similar position
- Proficiency in math for accurate measurements and cash handling
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and customer service principles
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Willingness to assist team members as needed in a dynamic food industry setting
