Job Purpose
Mary Kay Canada is looking for a highly organized, detail‑driven Product Marketing Specialist to support our Product Marketing function during a maternity leave contract. This role is ideal for someone 3+ years into their marketing career who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple projects at once, and communicates confidently with a variety of internal partners.
Success in this role requires someone who can manage many moving parts, stay on top of tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy across product information, promotions, and digital content.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of product launches, promotions, and monthly product programs
- Maintain accurate product information, packaging updates, and literature content across teams
- Assist with promotional briefs, sales incentives, and product‑related communications
- Support the Preferred Customer Program (PCP) through scheduling, accuracy checks, and coordination with internal and external partners
- Review product‑related content (the Quarterly Look Book) for accuracy and ensure updates are completed on time and drive clear, timely coordination with all related vendors to confirm product details, imagery, and promotional information are fully aligned
- Collaborate with Creative, Digital, Supply Chain, and IT teams to keep product assets and information aligned
- Respond to escalated product inquiries from internal partners as needed
Education, Experience and Skills
University diploma/degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing, as well as 3+ years of Marketing/Brand experience or a related field.
- Cosmetics experience a definite asset
- Interpersonal, organizational and project management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS).
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail — accuracy is essential in this role
- Clear, confident communication skills and comfort working with many stakeholders
- Self-directed and trustworthy – are highly motivated and dependable with the ability to manage workload independently, maintaining proactive communication with the Canadian team, and the U.S based manager
- Ability to stay focused and calm while handling shifting priorities
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to learn

This role is to be performed from our Mary Kay offices two days a week, and from home (if preferred) the remaining three days of the work week. There will be instances in peak periods and during onboarding where work in the office environment may be required more frequently.

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
