Parts Associate Extraordinaire Wanted

Whether it’s ripping through trails on a dirt bike, or conquering off-road adventures in a side-by-side, we're on the hunt for a prime time Parts Associate to help all of our customers live their best ride!
What you’ll be doing:
- Customer Service Rockstar: Whether they walk through the front door, send you an email, or give you a ring on the phone, this is the number one focus for the role!
- Team Player!: It’s not just the external customers, your internal customers (Service & Sales) need you expertise too! Work with our Sales crew to guarantee we’re equipping our customers with the latest & greatest.
- Parts Finder Expert: Use your proficiency to find & deliver the right parts for your customers every time! Whether they’re repairing their unit or adding accessories to make the product more enjoyable, find them the most accurate parts for their needs. Ensuring the best possible performance, safety & fun!
- Inventory Rockstar: Work closely with the crew to maintain accurate inventory of all parts! This involves monthly inventory cycle counts ensuring availability & tracking stock levels to avoid any downtime for our customers & crew.
- Keep the Parts Department in Order: You’ll keep the department clean & orderly to ensure everything is where it should be!
- Fast-Paced Action: Whether you're handling customer orders, stocking new parts, or organizing inventory, you'll always be on your toes & moving at full speed!
What you bring to the table:
- Power sports Passion: You don’t have to be an expert, but you should have a strong interest in motorcycles, ATVs, or other power sports products!
- Energy & Enthusiasm: You’ll be the go-to person for parts, so having an upbeat approachable attitude & the ability to think on your feet is key!
- Dependable? That’s your middle name! - We’re looking for someone who shows up, gets things done, and can be the reliable hero we need when the going gets tough. Your consistency will help keep the team running smoothly & our customers connected.
- Detail-Oriented: Accuracy is critical when dealing with parts & inventory—your penchant for detail will go far with us & our customers!
- Passion for Power sports – motorcycles, ATVs, scooters or side by sides – if you love it, you get it.
Bonus points for:
- Previous experience in parts & accessories!
- Familiarity with power sport & YAMAHA products
- A love for riding & understanding what makes a ride great!

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 – 42.0 per week
