Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanic specializing in marine engines, ATVs, and snowmobiles. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge base and hands-on experience with various tools. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on marine engines, ATVs, and snowmobiles
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tune-ups, and part replacements
- Use hand tools and power tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment
- Conduct safety inspections to ensure all equipment meets operational standards
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service history
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems
- Keep work area clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience working on marine engines, ATVs, or snowmobiles preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively and safely
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Prior experience in recreational vehicle or marine repair is a plus but not required
- Commitment to safety standards and continuous professional development
Pay: $19.00-$30.00 per hour
