As a Back of House team member, you can craft your knife skills and gain experience working in a fast-paced, structured environment. You will complete thorough training and learn from an incredible team of culinary leaders and chefs.
Our menu, continuously developed and by our Executive Chef and updating regularly, features globally-inspired flavors and fresh, high-quality ingredients. Our back of house staff members are made of people who love to make memorable experiences for our guests, from showcasing handcrafted dishes, focused on excellence in every detail.
Our downtown location serves the downtown community and visitors alike, from business lunches, pre-theatre dinners, celebrations, and pre-game hangouts. We have a vibrant, street-facing patio, and a bar-centric lounge space with lots of seats to watch the biggest game of the week. Our extensive Happy Hour menu runs daily from 2 to 5 and 9 to close, featuring some of our best offers for our guests.
Key Responsibilities

Train in Moxies-style food preparation, finding ways to do a little extra for every guest
- Exhibit cooking essentials such as recipe preparation, building dishes on the cook line, using in-depth knowledge of ingredients and cooking processes, and supporting those around you

Function as part of a team, ensuring the success of everyone around you

Helping to maintain a clean and organized work station and restaurant with daily side duties and other assigned cleaning tasks

Showcase professionalism and hospitality at every opportunity
Key Requirements

Dishwasher: no experience required, though experience in the same or similar role is an asset

Line Cooks: no experience required, though experience in the same or similar role is an asset

Supervisors: Experience an asset, not required; supervisors are required to fulfill culinary training ahead of promotion (incl full station knowledge and shift lead responsbilities)

Impeccable attention to detail

High level knowledge of food an asset, including competencies on broil, saute, knife skills, expediting skills
