Position Summary
This position will act as a business partner between IT and other key business functions, such as: Finance, Accounting, Supply Management, Sales & Marketing and Human Resources. Candidate will work as a member of the IT team responsible for application solution & design, and implementation of IT Systems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
- Manage all 3rd party vendors including Microsoft support, SPS/Data Masons, Dynaway and D365/Power BI developers. Acquire quotes, evaluate business benefits, and make recommendations, manage project versus budget goals.
- Project Management and direction for assigned projects in the MS Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations ERP System including: setting priorities, coordinating, and the reporting of activities.
- Responsible for mapping business processes to specific functions within the MS Dynamics 365/Dataverse applications, administration, configuration and/or development of a specific system.
- Responsible for providing expertise in the implementation and maintenance for the following module:
These areas consist of but are not limited to:
o Finance
o Inventory
o Supply Chain
o Sales & Marketing
o Human Resource
o Maintenance work orders (Dynaway)
o EDI integration (SPS/Data Mason)
- Responsible for Reporting with Power BI for additional business reports.
- LCS management of resources for the 4 environments
- Data management for bulk updates to items and routes/BOM’s
- Develop consensus with key users on configuration, impact, business process designs.
- Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes.
- Review current procedures, uncover any issues, and make recommendations for improvement to the company business processes.
Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to team members (including jr. application resource and help desk services) and end users.

Requirements
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Required certification for Microsoft Dynamics MB-300 Core Finance & Operations
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of business system support and resource management. MS Dynamics AX/D365 F&O experience is required.
- 5+ years of X++ coding experience is required.
- 5+ years of experience working with SSAS, SSRS, SSIS, Cube processing, Data warehousing, data modeling, Power BI.
- Expertise knowledge of Microsoft SQL server, Office tools like Excel
- Experience leading an implementation team of 2-4 developers and/or business analysts.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Finance & Accounting and other related business processes.
- Ability to identify, plan, communicate and execute projects from conception to completion.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail required, including project management, process flow, requirements/gap analysis, and technical documentation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross functional teams.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Must have a strong command of the English language.
- Must have reliable transportation; occasional travel may be required.
