POSITION SUMMARY
We are actively looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to join our Marketing Department. The Digital Marketing Lead will work closely with our marketing and admission teams under the supervision of the Campus Director and oversee our digital marketing operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Lead are subject to change and additional duties may be assigned over time as the situations require. The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
General Responsibilities:
- Advise regarding the digital marketing implications of the organization’s current and future activities and strategic priorities.
- Align existing digital marketing strategies, plans, and resources with other functions to support the organization’s growth.
- Distribute human and technical resources and budgets according to the goals and priorities of the organization.
- Manage and distribute student recruitment budget, analyze the ROI of digital marketing efforts, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Research the competitors and their digital marketing strategies, analyze the available opportunities, and make recommendations to actualize them.
- Stay updated with the developments in digital marketing technologies to ensure the competitiveness and efficiency of our digital marketing efforts.
- Lead the organization’s rapid transition from reliance on conventional marketing channels to digital platforms.
- Communicate and support every employee to understand their roles and engage in attracting, converting, and retaining students in the digital platforms.
- Contribute to widening business opportunities by following best practices and driving development opportunities in the community
- Collaborate with the conventional marketing team to ensure coherence in the overall marketing strategies of the organization
Job Specific Responsibilities
- Plan and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Google Ads) marketing, email marketing, and display advertising campaigns.
- Manage digital marketing operations, including creating digital content, maintaining the website, managing social media accounts, and arranging online events.
- Design, build, and maintain a strong social media presence for the organization to attract the right audience.
- Ensure the digital marketing efforts achieve the student enrolment targets and maintain the desired level of retention rate.
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints, identify critical conversion and drop-off points, and optimize user funnels.
- Coordinating with other internal and external digital marketing teams to improve the outcomes of digital marketing efforts.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing or any other relevant discipline, preferably in digital marketing.
- 2-3 years of experience in a digital marketing role with demonstrated success.
- Functional knowledge of search engine optimization, email marketing, lead generation, and other digital marketing methods.
- Experienced in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Functional expertise in website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.), Google Adwords campaigns, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Functional expertise in working with CRM systems and their integration with the sales life cycle.
SKILLS
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales, website, and social media statistics, complete tasks under pressure, and keep track of small details.
- Considerable experience working in the service sector, and experience working in the education sector is considered an asset.
- Skilled in building and maintaining strong professional networks to facilitate mutually beneficial relationships.
- A result-oriented, proactive, and data-driven personality with strong business acumen.
- Ability to motivate and support others to understand their targets and meet them in a timely manner
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated leadership, organization and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication with a high level of self-motivation, flexibility, and integrity.
