Role Description:
We are currently looking for qualified professionals to join our team in either a functional or technical capacity, and we will consider candidates for both roles. Qualifications:
Irrespective of level, successful candidates will have the following skills and characteristics:

Graduating from a Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Commerce, or Economics by September 2019
Experience and applied knowledge of one or more of the following areas:
AI Strategy – AI Strategy Design and Execution, Data Strategy, Use Case Design, Proof of Concept Design and Execution
Advanced Analytics – Statistical modelling, Testing and Validation Methods, Descriptive, Predictive, and Prescriptive Analytical Methods including relevant software (e.g., R, SAS, Python, Julia)
Business Intelligence – Data Visualization & Dashboarding Tools (e.g., Tableau, Qliksense, PowerBI)
Cognitive Automation – Robotic Process Automation, Industrial Automation
Artificial Intelligence – Machine Learning (Supervised, Unsupervised, Reinforcement, and Deep Learning), AI Design, Cross-Validation Methods
Big Data Ecosystem - Data Warehousing, Data Modelling, Data Architecture, Enterprise Data Management, querying languages (e.g., SQL, HIVE) and Database systems (e.g., RDBMS, HDFS)
Strong communicator with the proven ability to translate and clearly communicate complex modeling results into language suitable for executive and non-technical audiences
Collaborative team player that can thrive in diverse teams by supporting team members, contributing subject matter expertise, and engaging in active feedback
Ability to methodically research and collect information/data in order to derive insights, form opinions, and make decisions that would be suitable for graduate-level research
Willingness to develop positive professional relationships with peer-level client personnel on all engagements

Candidates will be considered for the following roles based on qualifications and skillset:

A successful Analyst will have the following:
1-2 years of professional work experience, analytics work experience is an asset
Theoretical understanding of analytics concepts and the ability to apply structured, repeatable approaches and methodologies in a consistent manner to accomplish objectives (e.g. methodologies, research process, interview techniques, project management) with supervision and guidance
Highly coachable and able to adapt to different work environments and changing expectations

Potential Responsibilities:
Utilize your education and experience to develop an understanding of our clients’ business and analytics requirements
Support and/or take ownership of day-to-day project activities such as project planning, status reporting, meeting scheduling, and logistics planning
Capture business needs and translate into technical requirements with guidance of subject matter expert
Support the creation and/or implementation of solutions that leverage technology, in order to improve our clients’ business performance and value
Support the development of client engagement documents such as project proposals, presentations, and industry publications

A successful Consultant will have the following:
2-4 years of professional work experience, analytics work experience is an asset
Mature understanding of current analytics technologies and an intellect and practical vision for their future
Working knowledge of analytics concepts and ability to apply structured, repeatable approaches and methodologies in a consistent manner to accomplish objectives (e.g. methodologies, research process, interview techniques, project management) with limited guidance

Potential Responsibilities:
Engage with clients across various activities including interviewing key personnel, requesting documentation, and participating in client presentations
Leverage professional work experience to identify gaps, define symptoms and recommend solutions to client business problems
Take ownership of individual project responsibilities while contributing to overall client deliverables
Develop conclusions from analysis; take responsibility for creating and leading portions of technical delivery
Be a key contributor in the development of client engagement documents such as project proposals, presentations, and industry publications

A successful Senior Consultant will have the following:
5+ years of professional work experience, including analytics experience
Professional experience in applying structured, repeatable approaches and methodologies in a consistent manner to accomplish objectives (e.g. methodologies, research process, interview techniques, project management) with no guidance
Professional experience in an analytics related role with the ability to execute, deliver, and communicate results/value towards business objectives
Experience leading a team of both functional and technical skillsets in order to achieve a common goal
A track record in building effective relationships both internally and externally to contribute to the growth of the business

Potential Responsibilities:
Author and deliver presentations to clients, acting as a subject matter expert
Lead and evaluate analysis to draw conclusions and develop insightful recommendations and solutions
Lead the creation and implementation of solutions that leverage technology, in order to improve our clients’ business performance and value
Be a key driver in the development of client engagement documents such as project proposals, presentations, and industry publications
Engage in management activities of junior staff such as supervising, training, and delegating responsibilities
Gain proficiency in solutions; system architecture and technical skills within analytics
