The company owns and manages several small to medium size plazas in Ontario
The department comprises of staff members that deal with:
lease renewals and terminations
coordination of maintenance requests from tenants
management of on site superintendents
accounts payable and receivable
year end reporting
Duties of the manager are to ensure all aspects of management of plazas are completed in a diligent and timely manner as well as ensuring all accounting functions e.g. year financial reports and cash flow analysis are conducted with accuracy and completeness as well as supervise other property management staff
It is very important for the Manager to be a team player and be able to take over any and all of the property accounting functions as necessary.
Additional duties and responsibilities within the property accounting and management environment will be delegated and assigned as necessary by the Controller.

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
