Job Summary
Miracle Beauty Aesthetic Clinic is seeking an experienced, passionate, and client-focused Medical Esthetician to join our growing team.
We are a medical aesthetics clinic specializing in advanced skin rejuvenation, laser treatments, RF microneedling, injectables support, and medical-grade skincare programs.

This position is best suited for an individual who enjoys combining science-based skincare knowledge with a warm, personalized approach to patient care.
Responsibilities Client Consultations & Treatment Planning
- Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and assessments.
- Analyze skin concerns and develop customized treatment plans.
- Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and aftercare protocols.
- Recommend appropriate medical-grade skincare products based on individual skin concerns and goals.
- Conduct product demonstrations when appropriate.
- Build strong relationships with clients through genuine conversation, trust, and personalized care.
- Ensure clients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their treatment journey.
Medical Aesthetic Treatments
Perform treatments including:
- Medical-grade facials & Chemical peels
- Signature facials
- Korean Glass Skin facials
- Hydrafacial treatments
- Microneedling
- RF Microneedling (Potenza experience considered a strong asset)
- Laser Hair Removal (Elite IQ experience considered a strong asset)
- Skin rejuvenation treatments
- Advanced skin treatments within scope of training and clinic protocols
Additional experience with the following is considered an asset:
- CO2 Skin Resurfacing
- Fractional laser treatments
- Advanced laser technologies
- Energy-based skin tightening devices
Skin Science & Product Knowledge
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of skin anatomy and physiology.
- Understand various skin conditions including acne, hyperpigmentation, melasma, rosacea, aging skin, and sensitive skin concerns.
- Understand Fitzpatrick skin typing and treatment considerations for various skin tones.
- Understand how different laser wavelengths and energy-based technologies interact with different skin types.
- Recognize treatment indications, contraindications, risks, and expected outcomes.
- Maintain strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare ingredients and treatment protocols.
- Knowledge of ZO Skin Health products is highly preferred.
Client Experience & Sales
- Deliver exceptional client service and patient care.
- Promote a welcoming, professional, and results-oriented environment.
- Follow up with clients regarding treatment plans and ongoing care.
- Assist clients in selecting products and services that genuinely benefit their needs and goals.
- Confidently recommend and retail skincare products that support treatment outcomes.
- Contribute to clinic revenue through ethical product recommendations and treatment plan adherence.
- Encourage repeat visits, client retention, referrals, and positive online reviews.
Clinic Operations
- Maintain treatment rooms and equipment to the highest standards.
- Ensure all treatment areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Follow all sanitation, infection prevention, and safety protocols.
- Complete accurate treatment notes and documentation.
- Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Participate in ongoing education and training.
Front Desk Support
Assist with front desk operations when required, including:
- Client check-ins and check-outs
- Appointment scheduling
- Booking management
- Retail sales
- Data entry
- Follow-up calls and communications
- Cash handling procedures
- General administrative support
Qualifications Required
- Medical Esthetician Diploma or equivalent certification recognized in Ontario.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical aesthetics environment.
- Proven experience performing advanced skincare treatments.
- Strong understanding of skin health and treatment planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable discussing treatment plans and skincare recommendations with clients.
Preferred
- Experience with Potenza RF Microneedling.
- Experience with Laser Hair Removal.
- Experience with CO2 Resurfacing.
- Experience with Hydrafacial systems.
- Experience with medical-grade skincare programs.
- Knowledge of ZO Skin Health products.
- Experience working in a medical aesthetic clinic alongside physicians, nurse injectors, or medical directors.
