Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Design and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to each child's unique needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and ethical guidelines
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral strengths and areas for growth using data collection methods
- Collaborate closely with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
- Monitor progress through ongoing data collection and adjust strategies as needed to optimize outcomes
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff on intervention techniques and documentation procedures
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMRs) for all clients, documenting assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and incident reports
- Educate families on behavior management techniques, promoting generalization of skills across settings
Experience
- Proven experience working with children in educational or clinical settings, preferably within special education or behavioral health environments
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to developmental disorders and behavioral health
- Experience with data collection tools and methods used for tracking behavioral progress
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems for documentation and reporting purposes
- Knowledge of patient care principles as they relate to children with special needs is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and external providers

Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
