Who We're Looking For
We currently have opportunities for Operations Support Team members to join our support team at our Stewiacke and Portland Hills clinics.
You are someone who enjoys working with people and helping create a positive experience for both clients and team members. In this role, you’ll help maintain a welcoming, client-centered environment, support clients throughout their visit, and ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations. You enjoy supporting others, contributing to a collaborative team culture, and take pride in helping deliver an exceptional experience for every client who walks through our doors.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist clients throughout their visit
- Support appointment scheduling and clinic communications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment
- Manage laundry, supplies, mail, and deliveries
- Collaborate with in-clinic and remote team members to support daily clinic operations
- Provide coverage for other support team members and assist with additional tasks as needed
What You Bring
- Friendly, professional, and client-focused communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Reliable, dependable, and committed to maintaining high standards
- Previous customer service, hospitality, administrative, or healthcare related experience is considered an asset

- 35-40 hours per week
**Must be available to work a variety of hours during clinic operating hours of 7 am to 9 pm Monday to Friday and occasional Saturday from 9-3 pm - schedule posted a minimum of 2 weeks in advance**
