Maserati & Alfa Romeo of Winnipeg is looking for a reliable and motivated Facility Maintenance / Cleaner team member to help keep our dealership facilities clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain showroom, offices, customer areas, washrooms, and staff areas
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and empty garbage/recycling
Restock washroom and kitchen supplies as needed
Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs
Assist with seasonal outdoor maintenance, including snow removal and lawn care as required
Report maintenance issues or safety concerns
Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for customers and staff
Qualifications:
Previous cleaning or facility maintenance experience is an asset
Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
Able to work independently and manage daily tasks
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive cleaning duties
Valid driver's licence is an asset
