Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Production Supervisor who is fluent in Spanish to lead our manufacturing operations. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate production activities on the shop floor, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of assembly workers, technicians, and operators, providing clear direction and support.
- Monitor production schedules using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as SAP to meet delivery deadlines and optimize workflow.
- Implement process improvements utilizing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the manufacturing process, identifying issues early and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to manage inventory levels, coordinate raw material deliveries, and ensure smooth production flow.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues promptly, minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in manufacturing supervision or production management within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery and assembly processes effectively.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or other MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software is essential.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies including lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
- Understanding of supply chain operations, inventory management, and quality control procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish are required; fluency in English is preferred.
- Ability to lead teams confidently while fostering a positive work environment focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.
