The Opportunity:
We’re hiring a Creator & Partnerships Growth Manager to take what’s already working — and scale it to the next level.
This role sits between execution and strategy:
- You’ll build and run programs day-to-day
- You’ll also help design how community, ambassadors, influencers, and creators become a long-term growth engine
Your mission: Turn community trust into visibility, advocacy, and sustained brand recognition across skin-issue communities.
What You’ll Own:
Community Growth & Engagement
- Deepen and expand our existing communities
- Build systems for consistent, authentic engagement across social platforms
- Act as the voice of the brand inside the community — empathetic, human, and trusted
- Identify community insights, trends, and feedback to inform marketing and product decisions
Ambassador Program
- Build and scale a structured ambassador program from the ground up
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture ambassadors
- Create ambassador frameworks: expectations, content guidelines, incentives, and recognition
- Turn ambassadors into long-term advocates — not one-off creators
Influencers & Creator Partnerships
- Source, vet, and manage creators aligned with skin health, wellness, and real-life problem solving
- Manage relationships from first outreach → content → performance → long-term collaboration
- Work closely with content and marketing teams to align creator content with brand goals
TikTok Shop Creator Growth
- Build and manage our TikTok Shop creator ecosystem
- Recruit creators specifically for TikTok Shop performance
- Support creators with education, content direction, and optimization
- Track creator performance and iterate on what scales
What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)
- A clear, scalable ambassador program that fuels brand recognition and trust
- A growing network of creators and TikTok Shop partners driving both awareness and revenue
- Stronger brand presence across multiple communities, not just one
- Community that feels seen, supported, and proud to advocate for the brand
Who This Role Is For:
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have experience in DTC / e-commerce (beauty, wellness, or consumer brands is a big plus)
- Have managed community, influencer, or creator programs before
- Understand how to balance authenticity with growth
- Are equally comfortable building systems and executing daily
- Think long-term about brand, not just short-term campaigns
- Care deeply about real people, real problems, and meaningful impact
This is not a passive or junior role. You’ll have real ownership and visibility.

Pay: $75,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
