Thundering Waters is seeking a part-time, mature individual with a positive and cheerful demeanor who enjoys creating an engaging and enjoyable work environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and consistently strive to exceed guest expectations. Availability is required until the end of October 2026.
Requirements
- 3 + years / smart service certified.
- Oversee all Proshop operations, answering phones, checking in golfers, booking tee times, great retail skills to sell Proshop merchandise.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, holidays, early mornings, and evenings.
- Able to work on own and unsupervised.
- Able to manage other staff members and ensure company policies and procedures are being followed.
- Capable of handling and resolve customers' complaints.
- Other duties as assigned.
