Overview
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Office Administrative Coordinator & Client Services Coordinator to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing their administrative and customer service skills within a professional office environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and eager to support daily office operations while providing exceptional client support.
Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating client meetings
- Support bookkeeping and basic QuickBooks entries to assist with financial record keeping
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring excellent service standards
- Proofread correspondence and documents for accuracy and professionalism
- Support clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and preparing reports as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and timely completion of administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Previous office experience or clerical experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for essential functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Experience with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records
- Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and data management
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge or QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Prior medical or dental office experience is advantageous but not mandatory; relevant background will be considered favorably
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a professional setting

Pay: $47,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
