Job Summary
We are seeking for a Portfolio Manager who can develop and maintain strong relationships with dealership management teams, Finance Managers, Sales Managers, General Managers, and ownership groups. This role focuses on increasing product penetration, supporting dealership staff training, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving monthly sales targets through strategic account management and business development activities.
Responsibility
· Visit auto dealerships to maintain and develop solid and sound business relationships. · · Support and co-ordinate daily sales activities with auto dealerships
· Cold calling to promote products, and Cold visiting to new vendors.
· Conduct digital marketing to promote company branding, strategy and business.
· Conduct sales events and prepare marketing materials, such as flyers, banners, etc.
· Maintaining company website and social media accounts.
· Drafting and mailing customer correspondence and newsletters.
· Performing other duties as assigned.

Required Experience
· Degree in business administration, business sales and marketing, or a related field preferred.
· 3+ years of experience in automotive industry in sales or in a similar position.
· Experience in automotive warranty sales would be an asset.
· Valid Class 5 Drivers License with good driving records.
· Fluency in English is essential. Additional fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese would be an advantage
