Option 1: Monthly Retainer + Commission
- Fixed monthly retainer (based on experience and schedule commitment)
- Plus commission on services and retail sales
Option 2: Commission-Only (High Earning Potential)
- 30% – 70% revenue sharing, based on experience, performance, and clientele

Responsibilities
- Cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment services
- Men’s grooming, including fades, beard trims, and shaves (for barbers)
- Conducting client consultations and providing professional recommendations
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional workspace
- Supporting retail product sales
- Staying current with industry trends, techniques, and products
Who We’re Looking For:
- barber (floor experience preferred)
- Preferred candidates: 3+ years of experience with strong client retention and a proven portfolio
- Ability to mentor junior team members is considered an asset
